I'm getting extreme long boot time comparing to my old platform. Is there any problem with my system?

You can try enabling OC\Overclocking\Memory Context Restore option in MSI BIOS to help the behavior. This option will allow BIOS to bypass the memory self-check process once the process is completed in the first boot to reduce boot time.
